South Loop Elementary School has competitive basketball teams for girls and boys, grouped by grades 5th-6th and grades 7th-8th. Attendance at team practices and competitions is required.
- Eligibility: Participation is limited to 15 players per team. See South Loop Sport Policy in the Athletics tab for more details.
- Season: Winter – 5/6 Grades Nov-Jan; 7/8 Grades Jan-Mar
- Commitment: practice schedules will be communicated by volunteer coaches separately and game schedules are typically every Saturday sometime between 9am – 3pm.
