Priorities & the Pandemic: Stress Relief for Parents

This session will focus on parents of students in Grade 3-8

Feeling overwhelmed and stressed managing your household, virtual learning and everything else? You are not alone.

This session will help you de-stress, prioritize your life and fit more of what YOU need into your life.

We will work together to pinpoint what is causing the most stress, identify coping mechanisms and map-out what that looks like in your daily life.
