Lunch Applications are now due. Although, lunch is free for all students we are requesting that every family who is not pre-approved, please complete the application. There is a possible chance you qualify for free or reduced lunch. School funding is based on the number of approved applications. Therefore, it is imperative that all applications are completed and returned to school by Tuesday, October 9th.

- All family member’s name and birth dates.
- In the income section write N/A
- Please sign and date the form
