High school results will still be released as previously planned this Friday, but we have extended the acceptance window from two to four-and-a-half weeks to give families more time to make their decisions.
March 27: Round 1 application results released
April 22: Deadline to accept or decline offers*
April 27: Waitlist process opens
Online applicants will receive their first-round results on March 27 via their online GoCPS account, between 5:00 p.m. and 11:59 p.m. CST. Paper applicants will receive a notification letter sent via U.S. mail to the home address on their application. In addition, paper applicants can view their results in an online GoCPS account that has been opened for them by the Office of Access and Enrollment using the email address or phone number on the paper application.
GoCPS Site (Parent Resources)
The public GoCPS site is where you should send families when they have questions about the process. Detailed descriptions and instructions for families to accept and decline high school offers are available here. We will also keep this version of the FAQ updated specifically around parent informational needs.
