1st Dose – 5/2/22 10:00AM-1:00PM
2nd Dose – 5/23/22 10:00AM-1:00PM
Who: The COVID-19 vaccines are FREE and available to all eligible Chicagoans, regardless of insurance or immigration status. Pediatric and adult primary and booster doses available. Patients need to register separately for a 1st AND 2nd dose appointment.
