Program Information:

CPS will be running summer skills camps from June 28-August 6 at 17 sites around the city, including schools and parks. To ensure a safe and fun experience for all, the camps will adhere to all health and safety guidelines for participating students and staff in accordance with the ‘Summer Contact Days’ Guidelines. All campers must complete the CPS Health Screener prior to each day at camp. Camp size will vary depending on the sport, but capacity will be capped at 100 students per session.

Registration:

For all sports except wrestling, follow this Registration Link to sign up your child (registration will ask to ‘Complete Payment’ but there is NO COST, so please click it to finalize registration). For the wrestling skills camp hosted by Beat the Streets, register here.

Parents may register their child for more than one skills camp this summer as long as the camps are scheduled on different weeks. Students cannot participate in more than one camp per week.

The camp registration deadline is Wednesday, June 23, 2021. In addition, please check the participation waiver and consent form box online during the registration process.

High School football mini camps will be offered to prospective and current CPS football players. Please reach out to your coach and athletic director for more details.

We look forward to offering this program to our students in an effort to provide our students with a fun and active summer!

Sincerely,

Principal Shelton
