Any 6th grade students attending Academic centers, 8th Graders attending private schools, or any families not attending South Loop School 2024-2025 school year must complete a request for transfer.
A request for transfer must be completed for each child in the family who is currently enrolled at South Loop Elementary School.
*CPS Transfer and/or State Transfer form (where applicable) will be issued. Medical record and other records will be forwarded to the receiving school.
