Dear Parents:
The lunch application form (Family Income Information Form ) will be sent home on Thursday, Sept 8, 2022. Please complete one form per family. Return the completed form by September 16, 2022. South Loop School will receive much needed state funding for every completed and approved application.
Even if you feel you don’t qualify, please complete part 1 of the form and write N/A across parts 2 and 3, sign part 6 and return the completed form to the school.
State funding from approved lunch applications are used to support vital instructional programs, instructional supplies, instructional materials, resources for our Fine and Performing Arts programs, P.E. Equipment, Library books, and resources for our FUSE lab.
