If you have borrwed a device from South Loop School, please complete the following form to help us keep up to date on our inventory status. If you have filled one out earlier this school year, please do so again. It will only take a few minutes of your time. You will need the Asset Device tag information when completing.
You will also need to complete the form for each individual child/device borrowed.
