Summer Camp South Loop
Youth Guidance, in partnership with South Loop Elementary School, is offering outdoor summer camp for small groups of students. To support in-person programming while adhering to health and safety guidelines, we have limited class sizes. While much has changed this year, we are committed to continuing to offer summer childcare and enrichment opportunities that support social emotional growth.
This summer, come Be Our Neighbor as we explore the outdoor areas around our school, visit neighborhood parks, and engage in meaningful projects to give in our community! We’re going out and giving back!
Camp will take place outside, with access to indoor bathrooms.
Enrollment is broken up into three different base options, with an additional option to extend the day until 3:00 for an additional fee. Pick the weeks and schedule you need. Group sizes will be small, and spots are limited.
Outdoor camp programming includes walking trips, mural class, and Community Kindness projects. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays will include activities in art, STEM, gardening, group games, and a daily neighborhood trip and/or waterplay. Tuesdays and Thursdays will focus on creating a mural at the school and weekly community projects.
