Ms. H Chan

I teach 3rd grade and I have been teaching this grade level for 9 years. I graduated from UIC with a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, master’s degree in Instructional Design and Technology, and am a National Board Certified teacher. I was a student teacher at South Loop School with Ms. Reynolds. Ms. Shelton hired me after I graduated. I also worked for Youth Guidance as an after-school instructor at this school.

FUN FACT:
It is no mystery that I am a huge Wonder Woman fan. My house is filled with Wonder Woman toys and novelties. I am having my first baby this year, which is both exciting and nerve-wracking. I am licensed to operate a motorcycle and do own a Kawasaki Ninja. I also enjoy driving manual transmission cars.
