I am a native Chicagoan, alum and parent of two, one of which is a current CPS student. I have been employed with the district since 2006. It is my honor to serve you and your students with honesty, integrity and compassion. As the counselor my primary role is to help you and your children get to the next grade successfully and obtain their diploma. I also assist students when they have issues or concerns about school or home life. When the need arises I connect families to community resources and agencies to support a successful school and home life. I promote an open door policy meaning if I am not with a student, parent or staff member I will meet with you. In my so-called free time I enjoy spending time with family and friends, trying new foods/recipes, and watching game shows.
