My name is Ms. Nguyen (“Winn”) and I have been teaching 2nd grade since 2015. I have a MEd from DePaul University and BA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Originally from a suburb of Detroit, Michigan, I now live southwest of South Loop with my husband, our son and daughter, and my mom. I love to read, bike, hike, and spend time with my family. In the classroom, I love the challenge of providing my students with a space/place where everyone feels safe, welcome, and excited to learn every day!
