Do you remember the first time you walked into the library and found the book that you just couldn’t put down? Something that sparked your imagination and made you want to take a journey to a fantastical world like the Harry Potter or The Magic Treehouse series?
While books can take you to many places, you get to decide where you go. The library at South Loop School in room 228 has a wide variety of books to do just that.
Starting this year, Beta Club members are volunteering to help make books available to South Loop students by checking out books to students in grades three to eight. The library is open from 8:00 to 8:30 am and from 3:30 to 4:00 pm Tuesday through Thursday.
If you need or book or a suggestion of something new to read come on up to the Library in room 228. Hope to see you in the Library.
