Attention 6th Grade Families: Outdoor Ed Fees & Forms Due (3/20) Reminder

Attention 6th Grade Families: 

Outdoor Education fees and forms are due by Friday, March 20, 2026.  This is a hard deadline.  The $150 fee must be paid online on or before 3/20/26.  The forms should be returned to your child’s homeroom teacher. 

Online Payment Instructions: 

1. Visit  https://southloopschool.org/student-fee/
2. Click “Make a payment”
3. Click “Make a one-time payment”
4. Fill out your student’s information (must have their school ID & homeroom #)
5. Scroll down to “Field Trips” and click
6. Click “Select field trip” and choose “6th Grade – YMCA Camp Duncan”
7. Scroll to “Add and check out” to complete the purchase.  
8. Please forward your emailed receipt to your child’s homeroom teacher
