The Office of School Counseling and Postsecondary Advising (OSCPA) is excited to work with you to support your graduating 8th graders in attending High School Connection (formerly Freshman Connection).
This year’s High School Connection (HSC) sign-up is different. We are asking students to complete an HSC Interest Form. There is no deadline to complete the form; however, it should be completed before the student arrives at the HSC site. GoCPS and OSCPA are working together to match students with the HS they are projected to attend.
All HSC programs will be offered during the summer program window of June 25- July 31, 2025. High School Connection Sites have been confirmed and are included on the HSC Website. You will find the specific dates and times at each site, along with other program information
Parents please note: If your child was accepted to a Charter School (i.e. Noble UIC Campus) they are not part of the high school connection program. However, I highly recommend that you reach out to the school to determine what programming is available for your student entering 9th grade.
