Please sign and return the permission slip for our field day trip at Wintrust to child’s classroom teacher. We need 15 more volunteers for chaperoning. Email Mrs. Shelton if you have level 1 or 2 approval.
You can download and print the permission slip here. Parents are also able to complete the permission slip when attending conferences today.

Important Note:
This event has a CLEAR BAG policy. Students may not bring fanny packs, purses (larger than 4.5′ x 6.5′), or backpacks. All clear bags must meet the criteria (All clear bags – plastic, vinyl or PVC that do not exceed 12″ x 6″ x 12″. Bags may be hand-carried or have a shoulder strap. This includes fanny packs, backpacks, or sling bags.)
Students may bring a lunch in a clear ziploc bag (or paper bag)
Students may also purchase food from the concession stand. This is a CASHLESS event. However, students may bring cash ($10 increments) to obtain an “I CARE CARD” at the event. Attendees may also pay with Apple Pay or credit card.
