If you have not already submitted the permission slip to your child’s teacher, PLEASE EMAIL their homeroom teacher and let them know if your child will be attending the trip or not. If they are attending, please be sure to send the permission slip with the child to school tomorrow. You can download and print the permission slip here.
ALL students must come to school in uniform OR they may also wear South Loop School gear/ spirit wear.
CHAPERONES report to the school by 8:30am.

Important Note:
- Students may bring a lunch in a clear ziploc bag (or paper bag)
- Students may also purchase food from the concession stand. This is a CASHLESS event. However, students may bring cash ($10 increments) to obtain an “I CARE CARD” at the event. Attendees may also pay with Apple Pay or credit card.
- This event has a CLEAR BAG policy. Students may not bring fanny packs, purses (larger than 4.5′ x 6.5′), or backpacks. All clear bags must meet the criteria (All clear bags – plastic, vinyl or PVC that do not exceed 12″ x 6″ x 12″. Bags may be hand-carried or have a shoulder strap. This includes fanny packs, backpacks, or sling bags.)
