FAIR SCHEDULE:
Family Shopping – Families will be permitted to shop only during after hours, except for during Literacy Day on 12/10, where guests are invited to join us from open to close!
12/8 – 8am-3pm + AFTER HOURS from 3-5PM
12/9 – 8am-3pm + AFTER HOURS from 3-5PM
12/10 – 8am-3pm + AFTER HOURS from 3-5PM
12/11 – 8am-3pm + AFTER HOURS from 3-5PM
12/12 – 8am-3pm (NO AFTER HOURS ON FRIDAY)
No students will be admitted into the fair after hours without an adult. Aftercare staff will not be permitted to take students through the fair.
MIDDLE – 4th-8th Grade

12/8 – 8:30am-3:30pm + AFTER HOURS from 3:30-5PM
12/9 – 8:30am-3:30pm + AFTER HOURS from 3:30-5PM
12/10 – 8:30am-3:30pm + AFTER HOURS from 3:30-5PM
12/11 – 8:30am-3:30pm + AFTER HOURS from 3:30-5PM
12/12 – 8:30am-3:30pm (NO AFTER HOURS ON FRIDAY)
Classes at the middle school do not have a set attendance schedule.
The fair will be open all day for students who wish to attend. Usually kids come during their ELA time or over recess/lunch.
Shopping between 8-8:30am, during breakfast, will be available when there are volunteers available to cover that shift.
Limited Entry without an adult during after hours – NO GROUPS – Aftercare staff will not be permitted to take students through the fair.
(Yes, we can accept tap-to-pay methods like Apple Pay and cards can be used to pay as well.)
