The BOWA Gives Girl’s Invite is a 2-day amateur track and field meet just for elementary through high school girls. The track and field meet will feature field events, long distance, mid distance, and the sprints. This will be in partnership with Chicago Park District and their Girls P.L.A.Y initiative. The event will take place on November 18th and 19th.
BOWA Gives and Girls P.L.A. Y both believe the importance of creating an athletic experience just for female athletes. Because both organizations appreciate the positive influence that sports play in a girl’s life.
