Mobile Health Clinic is coming to our school community! Our clinic is scheduled for Wednesday, April 16th, 2025 (10am-1pm).
The event is designed as an opportunity for parents/guardians with children aged 6mo and older to access both school-required/recommended immunizations and physical examinations for the state-mandated health requirements.
Appointments & Consenting:
Those interested in making an appointment can do so here. Walk-ins are also available, while supplies last.
For students who are under age 18, a parent/guardian can indicate if their child(ren) can receive any of these health services without them being physically present. However, parents can be present at the time of service.
