If you are having problems with the link sent by CPS last Friday to record your choice of learning model for this coming Fall or if you did not receive a unique link for each student, please call the office (773-554-4664) on Wednesday, August 5th or on Thursday, August 6th, and Ms. Marlene or Ms. Chandler OR email Ms. Shelton directly with your choice and she’ll pass it on to be recorded.
