We are looking to start the 5-6th & 7-8th grade South Loop Elementary Girls Soccer Teams this spring.
Please fill out this interest form if your daughter is interested in joining the team. There will be a practice 2x per week right after school from 3:45-5:00 during the competitive season. Practices will most likely be at at Cottontail, Roosevelt or Ping Tom and the coaches will walk participants to and from the school for practice. No formal soccer experience required but child must be willing to commit to practices and compete in matches against other CPS schools (schedule to come).
– The season is still TBD (Practices will start as soon as we’re allowed), longer for 7/8 grade if they advance into the playoffs. The dates and locations of the games have not been scheduled yet.
– The minimum grade level is 5th grade. Younger students are not eligible to participate and cannot play up.
We must have 15+ team members for each grade section in order to compete.
