Hello Lion Pride!

Meal pick-up will continue to be available at all CPS locations. Up to six meals per child will be provided each day between the hours of 9:00am and 1:00pm. Attached are guidelines for keeping meals fresh and heating instructions.

Distance Learning
We have added a few more resources on our RESOURCE PAGE– including some great apps to help support our diverse learners. Don’t forget to also check Classtag, Google Classroom, and teacher websites. We will let you know if any new or updated work packets have been uploaded from your child’s teacher.

Creative Tip of the Week
Create centers using all the rooms in the house! Place an assignment or activity with a small snack in each room. This can help keep students moving and excited about doing school work- because we know they all love SNACKS.

Another Message from our Boosterthon Friends“All in this Together”
On our Booster Facebook page, we have launched our NATIONAL FAMILY FUN RUN! The cool part about this is that this is not a fundraiser, just a way for families to stay active and spend some time together! Monday we had our pep rally, and from there, we will be having team days where students will see fitness challenges and character huddles (just like they might see if we were in schools) all the way up until next Wednesday! Next Wednesday will be the virtual fun run! Students and their families will be able to participate all over the country in an at-home fun run!! So please feel free to share this information with all of your students and families so they can be a part of the fun! I have copied the link to our Facebook page for you all to pass along!

Here are a few craft videos Tropic-Hannah from our Chicago Team has created that students and families can try at home!
