The District has launched its annual School Food Survey, which is open through Friday, March 21. Students and parents are encouraged to fill out the survey to help make our meals better!
The survey should take less than 10 minutes to complete and must be filled out in one sitting.
The CPS Department of Nutrition Support Services will award a special prize to the elementary school and high school with the most survey responses!
Lion Den, help us win the prizes. This prize will include a collection of exciting technology devices that will be raffled off to students at the winning schools.
Information collected through this survey will be used to improve school meals during the rest of the school year and beyond.
