Community Guides– Celebrating & Embracing Black History & Culture
In Media class, middle school students have been creating community guides celebrating Black History & Culture. Projects highlight different people, places, and events in the city and neighboring areas. While many of the events may have already passed, it is worth taking a look at some of the people and small businesses they have featured in their guides. Black History Month may be ending next week, but we can continue to support small black owned businesses all year long!
