Uniting Voices Chicago Black History Month Concert Program
Thursday, February 22, 2024
Location: Orchestra Hall at Symphony Center (220 S. Michigan Ave.)
9:30 – 10:00am: Singer Arrival
10:00 – 10:45am: Line-up, warm-up, and concert preparation
10:45am – 12:30pm: Uniting Voices Chicago Black History Month Concert Program
12:30pm: Singer dismissal
IMPORTANT:
- Food is not permitted at Symphony Center. Because this is a lengthy event, students should pack a lunch to eat upon their return to school or arrange alternate lunch time with the lunchroom if they are unable to eat during a scheduled lunch period. Students also may want to bring a small snack to eat before arriving at Symphony Center. Please do not plan to bring any food into Symphony Center.
- Remind students to wear the choir uniform the day of the field trip. The red Uniting Voices Chicago uniform shirts may need to be passed out the morning of the concert and worn with black pants, black socks and black shoes.
