- Join the Chicago Park District in celebrating the 75th anniversary of the Junior Bear program at the Annual Mum Bowl, on Saturday, October 26 at noon at Soldier Field. Free admission & parking. Junior Bears is a tackle football program for ages 8-13. The 11-13 year old division season culminates with the Mum Bowl. Come cheer on these youth athletes and enjoy Soldier Field.
