Chicago Public Schools is committed to providing high quality programming for our students, and we routinely gather data on specialty program implementation through self-assessments. As such, we are seeking information about specific site conditions (the foundational systems and structures that support program implementation) at our school as they relate to South Loop School’s Fine and Performing Arts Magnet Cluster Program, and invite you to complete the survey linked below.
Participation is voluntary, anonymous, and should not take more than 10 minutes of your time. If you’d like to participate, please plan to complete the survey no later than October 4.
