Volunteer Applications
All Level 1 volunteer applicants MUST apply each school year. Please provide the main office with a copy of your picture ID.
2022-23 SLES Parents who were approved for Level 2 volunteering do not need to complete an application this school year, but you must still provide a copy of your picture ID to the main office.
All new to the school or volunteering must complete an application and provide a picture ID to the main office.
