NOTE: All Winter Dance volunteers MUST have at least their Volunteer Level II with CPS. You must re-apply each year, even if you were approved the previous year. If you are unsure of your status, reach out to for assistance.
- Level I or II volunteers are welcome to participate. If you need to apply to be a volunteer for the dance, apply HERE immediately.
- IMPORTANT FOR SNACK/DRINK DONATIONS (ALL DANCES):
- All contributions must follow school guidelines – No candy, nuts, gum, or red dye chips (like Takis).
- Snacks should be clearly labeled for allergens – please no home-made snacks.
- Snacks will be assigned to distribution during the classroom they were donated for, as long as they are clearly labeled. Please label your donation.
- Any remaining snacks from each dance will be rolled over to the next day’s event. This makes sure we have enough snacks for every group.
Pre-K Sneaker Ball:
Takes place on December 16th in the Gross Motor Room. Dress to impress but don’t forget your dancing shoes!

10:00am – 10:45am Room 103 and Room 107
Please drop off contributions the day before, December 15th, or at drop off/before 9am on the day of the dance December 16th. They may be delivered to the front office.
Middle School (4th-7th Grade) Winter Dance
Takes place on December 17th in the Gym – Out of Uniform Day – Dress Festive!

NOTE: Soda Pop will only be allowed for 6th and 7th Grade. Soda will NOT be served to 4th and 5th grade students.

- Sixth Grade- 1:25pm-2:40pm
- Seventh Grade- 2:45pm-4:00pm
